RechargeHP.com is not responsible to provide refund for wrong mobile number or DTH recharge.

1. I entered a wrong number. How can I get my money back?

We apologize, but there isn't a way to get your money back.In case your recharge got failed after successful transaction only then we will add amount to your online Wallet from where you can recharge your number using your wallet amount.

2. Do I be charged during Network failure?

No, There will be no deduction from your a/c during transaction at our website due to power failure, pressing back or refresh button, network failure etc.

3. If My recharge failed and amount deducted from my A/c, Can I get my money back?

In case you have been charged during a transaction at our website due to power failure, pressing back or refresh button, network failure etc and you did not received your recharge within 24 hours, you can contact us at our support including your operator name, mobile no, amount, order no, date etc. Then we will check about your transaction, if we found the deduction from your A/c your refund will be processed within 10-15 days according to Bank procedure. We will send an confirmation mail about your transaction after query.
